Closes Season 1 by looking back at COP27 and its key takeaways, achievements, and commitments made related to climate change education. This eighth edition closes the first season of the UNESCO-UNFCCC webinars series on climate change education for social transformation. During the previous webinars, one per month from April to October, it was highlighted that green educational policies and curricula need to ensure that every learner is empowered with the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes to lead the green social transformation. This first season will be followed by a second season next year, focusing on greening every school on the road to COP28.
The webinar will be held on Zoom and a YouTube livestream will be provided. The webinar is conducted in English and live interpretation will be provided in French and Spanish. Written interactions during the session are available in English, French, and Spanish.
